AAA experiments with contemporary music, frequencies and ancient sounds to create a mesmeric deep listening experience, offering two different concepts:

“AAA – Sound Journey”
This practice encourages us to mindfully listen and allow the music and sounds to open doors to the deeper layers of our conscious awareness. It consists of a set of exercises to stimulate the senses and enhance overall perception, followed by a 1 h sound journey and a sharing circle.

„AAA – Healing Freqs“
The performance as the mysterious „Healing Freqs“ opens a restorative receiving chamber, a space for deep relaxation, heart opening and mind expansion. It’s an invitation to surrender and get your freq on.
